here's the bintan trip !
TRUST ME ! I WILL TRY MY V. BEST TO MAKE IT VERY SUMMARIZED.
1st day of bintan ! <3assembled @ school with my luggage. was super weird, mrs tan said i look like im going for a long trip. lol. after that bused to Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal, and off we go to BINTAN(L) ! nope, i dont have motion sickness, so i was feeling normal. upon reaching bintan, we went for a Kampong Eco Tour, looked at rubber plantation and the process of making a knife. coolios ! lunched, and after that, went trekking !! THE FAVED PART OF BINTAN TRIP ~ i like found another new interest which is trekking ! not those kind with staricases, but those with onli natural slopes and it was raining previously so its kinda wet and was very challenging. but i guess cls and i enjoyed it a lot ! found it really interesting, challenging in and FUN! after that was checking to Bintan Lagoon Resort and we had dinner there. the resort 5*, very niceee ! i love the rooms ! really v. high class. den the place we eat dinner all high class de, still got put "G.E.L Private Dinner" den the whole room for us xD super satisfied with the food and accomodation for this time d trip :D @ night was super tired so din really play much xP
2nd day ! (i saw shuai boys )breakfast spells G-R-E-A-T ! the food are faubulous, really v. 5*, got chef to cook omelette and eggs for us xD after breakfast was Sou Bintan Heritag Tour which we were supposed to take the sanban boat to Tanjung Pinang to see some temple and visit an orphanage. but in the end realize no life vests for us thus teachers decided not to take the boats. SAD ! i really v. disappointed and pissed off that time ehs, coz i was so excited, the boat ride seemed exciting ! ah nvm, so instead, we took the bus route to T.P. but took longer time, den went to visit some chinese temple, den went to an orphanage. (a lot of shuai guys !) realli ! all shy shy de but with v. good looks LOL. even anisha agreed with me ehs xD so mesmerized by a white shirt guy who went out and gave us a speech, though he was v. awkward and shy. played some games with them, they showed us some games and James went out to show them some magic using hands de, was v. entertaining :D when going out of orphanage, wanted to shake hands with those pple d lors, but i dont think their religion allow): after visit, went back to resort to have dinner. but this time round, we went to a diff restaurant, its more romantic and ambiance better, got candle in the middle of table sommore ! :D joked ard and really had a v. high time (: love prefects lahs (L). after dinner, had team building and leadership training with Mr Daryl Brown and some other instuctors. SO-STRONG rocks ! we won 3rd :D we were to plan an 3h trekking activity and present our proposal (: lisa and neilson did a gd job ! ^^ ended really late, den after that went to anisha's room, play play play, chat chat chat with some others, then back to room and sleep :D
3rd day ! time passes so fast ): Breakfast at resort again and after that, we proceeded to another orphanage, this time round, we had more interaction with the students there xD the journey there was really v. exciting ! the roads are so rocky, like taking roller coaster sia, the bus even went backwards down the slope, what a sight.. LOL. the condition of the students here seems better, they do have parents its just that they could afford to raise them, so they are counted luckier than others who doesn't who have parents. they showed us a lot of magic tricks that are really fascinating and interesting ! we had fun learning it ! in turn, James represented us and showed them some magic tricks again, but they are really too smart and seems that no magic amuses them coz they seem to know everything alr LOL. but however, we really had fun ! xD they so hyper and they are just like one big families ! ^^ after that, we went to a nearby restaurant and the dishes are great ! its buffet style de, the spicy sunny side up egg was really great ! OMG i wish SG has got this dish man ! soon after lunch, we went to a mangrove tour, we grouped in 12s and went to tour ard the mangrove. the scenery are really v. great ! too bad that day i forgot t bring the camera so had to use phone.. the tour lasted for abt 1hr plus. after that, went to Pasar Oleh-Oleh for dinner ! woohoo ! v. romantic also LOL. joked ard and tio scolded by sec3s :x after that is team building again back at the resort, dont feel like elaboratin much, but our 'country' - ULAH-LAH won 2nd ! ^^ thanks to president Darak Abama and all the citizens xD as it was the last night, we decided not to spend it so wastefully, and it was lisa's birthday ! we sang bdae song and went to anisha's room for some crapping and playing ! FUNNNNN !
4th day- LAST DAY ! ):woke up earlyy ! but everyone had difficulty waking up on time LOL. cos we like slept ard 3 the previous nite. become panda alr x.x after breakfast, we went to a village school ! this was the MOST FUN ! the students really gave us a grand welcoming ehs ! so touched !! they like symphonic band there welcome us! so grateful to them manz. den after that they still put up two performances for us ! two dance ! xD James, Chairat and Gaines actually went up to dance with those small little girls ! so damn hilarious ! was a laughing-all -the way session LOL. den after that in turn, we decided to perform and teach them hoedown throwdown ! lisa, me, anisha, chairat, gaines and praveen came up and dance and also teach. :D had fun time teaching them, sweated a lot sia ! but v. worth it ^^ they even shaked hands with us and thanked us for teaching them dance ! hahaha ! LOL. aft that, we went out and i saw a guy walking on two wooden sticks and i so interested ! so went over and asked him to teach me, he was like shaking is head and 'haiz-ing' all the way while teaching me!!! felt so guilty sia, learnt for so long also cannot get it. damn ! but a v. gd experience xD now i know my balancing sucks hahahaha ! soon, its time to go, we gave them our momento, then we took group photos. after that we went for Paint Ball, nice experience but i dont really like it. LOL. :x then bused to lunch at Pasar Oleh-Oleh with free and easy to buy souvenirs. bought some souvenirs there for family coz we had onli like 15mins to shop -.- how to buy things ._. super rush. after that, went to a Factory outlet near the ferry terminal. people bought a lot of things but i really understand what's there so interesting to buy x.x fiona bought things adding up to $50 there ._. PRO. after that, boarded the ferry and ate dinner inside. damn suay lor, after eating a few mouthfuls den felt nausea, went to toilet and vomit, lasted so long lor, cls also sick ): afterall, thanks those pple who concerned and gave me and lisa things to eat hoping it can help us. in the bus also, v. grateful to kelvin, aloy, wesley and some others. also thanks to weifeng and james for me take my luggage and walking with me back home. (:
OVERALL, BINTAN TRIP WAS FUN AND MEMORABLE ! HAD FUN WITH PREFECTS AND WE GOT A LOT MORE BONDED ! THANKS TEACHERS FOR ORGANIZING THIS TRIP ! ^^
